The Program Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing and delivering Embrace Center’s programs and services. This position involves overseeing day-to-day program operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and collaborating with staff, volunteers, and community partners to meet the needs of those we serve. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and oversee programs to ensure they meet organizational goals and community needs.
- Coordinate with staff and volunteers to deliver services effectively and efficiently.
- Monitor program performance, track outcomes, and prepare regular reports for leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations, schools, and other service providers.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, funding requirements, and safety protocols.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions for staff, volunteers, and program participants.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, public administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in program coordination, project management, or nonprofit work.
